Vareesha Khan

I am a storyteller utilizing my broad skills to create meaningful experiences, rallying people around the idea that human connection is the foundation for a better world.

My personal projects demonstrate my passion and self-motivation to develop intimate and authentic communication with a grounded, yet philosophical palette.

My photography portfolio exhibits my experience in portrait, scenic, still life, animal and travel photography. My design and art portfolios are included with a range of media utilized. I am also undertaking a social + conceptual project called Corpus Callosum.

Corpus Callosum:
/ˌkôrpəs kəˈlōsəm/: the link between our dual selves; a community of nerves, fibers weaving our left and right brains together; a bridge between worlds.

Corpus Callosum is an exploration of the ways we find meaning in our existence; how we connect, misconnect, and disconnect with each other. It is a media experiment with the objective to foster and induce authentic intimacy. Included in this series is The Intimacy Project, an interview project highlighting our vulnerabilities; change., a mixed media project chronicling the metamorphoses of love; A Better World, a reimagining of the way we think; and An Overture to Illumination, a collection of my poems, prose, essays and scripts. Volume One is the first issue in a magazine-styled anthology of creative + social pieces.

Bridging the gap —

From your mind to mine. To express and to share an idea. That’s how we make a better world.
